Everything you need
We handle the full life-cycle of the programme – from briefing and training to mentoring and onboarding, so you don’t have to. This means, for example, that any members of your current team that volunteer to lead a session have a time commitment of up to 3 hours during the programme.
In return, those volunteers benefit from being engaged and invested in a key aspect of the programme, and your DEI strategy and feel a strong sense of pride in their contribution. Overall, this is a great way to increase brand loyalty and employee retention in your current staff.

Our Core Sessions: Module 1
Understanding Your Transferable Skills
A key session to help you identify and understand the many and varied workplace-ready skills you already possess and how they can cross over into a new role or industry.
Using and integrating AI
A session to break down how AI is being used in the workplace and how this will continue to advance. You’ll learn about the applications of AI and how to integrate this tool seamlessly into your work.
CV Workshop
Just like the workplace, CVs have changed. To present your skills, experience and knowledge effectively you need a whole new approach.
Technical Skills Training such as MS Excel
Excel has always been a critical workplace skill and it is easy to feel left behind when systems move at pace. This session, powered by Microsoft, closes the digital skills gap by giving women the practical know-how they need.
Brand Me
Like it or not, personal branding is a key career tool. This workshop helps midlife women identify their strengths, values, and unique contribution. It teaches them how to use that knowledge to show up in front of the right people.
Our Core Sessions: Module 2
Unmasked – Imposter Syndrome
We reframe the term Imposter Syndrome into what it is: a phenomenon that causes women to doubt themselves. This session develops the tools to overcome self-doubt and helps midlife women to thrive in a way that is authentic and productive.
Confidence Building & Life Coaching
With only 5% of people believing they reach their true potential at work, and that figure being higher for midlife women, this workshop breaks down internal barriers and grows confidence. It helps women re-enter the workforce ready and able to perform at their very best.
Growth Mindset
We can all develop a growth mindset, but many of us feel that the way we approach life, and work, is set in stone. This workshop shows how a growth mindset builds resilience, adaptability, and innovation and teaches how to develop a growth mindset regardless of starting point.
Allyship and Inclusion
The world is changing fast, and understanding privilege, microaggressions, and allyship is vital to a successful return to the workforce. This key session opens the conversation and leads to a greater level of empathy and understanding of those around us.
Reframing Limiting Beliefs
We all have doubts. For some people, often women, the doubts and self-talk can be limiting to the point of stifling their skills and talents. This session teaches useful strategies to silence those doubts before they take hold.
Mental Wellbeing Continuum
Mental health is about everyday resilience. This session introduces tools to maintain balance while working and how to support mental health for the long term.
Return With Balance
Going back to work after leave of any length can be challenging. This popular session offers tools and peer support to help smooth the transition, ensuring that your return to the workforce is enjoyable and sustainable.

We have links at LinkedIn and we know how to use them! Our friends at Linkedin lead this session showing how to get the best from your own profile on this essential platform in a way that is authentic and manageable.
Smartworks
Looking the part is vital as midlife women return to the workforce. Through free interview coaching and high-quality, brand new professional clothing, Smart Works is transformational for confidence and job prospects.
Debate Mate
Debating sharpens communication and persuasion skills. This session develops those vital skills in a safe environment, allowing the midlife women to articulate their value and influence multi-generational teams with ease.
