About Bessie
15 years in various media roles for the Guardian and Observer Media Group selling across print, digital and events until 2011 when my father was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour and came to live with me. It soon became apparent that I couldn’t care for my beloved dad, look after 2 young children and continue my fabulous job in London. I trained to be a yoga teacher as a break from caring responsibilities, ultimately setting up my own business teaching yoga, mindfulness and breath work
